- Homes: The community consists of 902 condominium homes, each with unique golf course or lake views. They were built in 1983 and feature Tuscan-style architecture. Home values range from approximately $479,000 to over $1 million.
- HOA Fees: A monthly homeowners association (HOA) fee of approximately $1,690 is required and includes a social membership to the country club, access to the fitness center, pools, racquet center, and various home maintenance services.
- Other Fees: In addition to HOA fees, there is a golf membership initiation fee of $20,000, monthly golf dues of $700, and a yearly cart fee of $750. Non-resident and other membership categories have their own fee structures. New homeowners may also be charged a special HOA reserve replenishment fee.
